Only my Daddy is allowed to cook on this smoker, I usually hide while he cooks, I overheard him tell Mommy that I am nothing but a soup hound, so I am taking no chances! I will come around while everyone eats however just to keep any messes cleaned up. GRRRRR. Doty

This is My Texas Smoker Page.

This is my Texas Size Cooker/Smoker. I use it for specail occasions when I want a big get together of some kind, I do not need much of an excuse to have one either. I built this myself and when I did I wanted a super large firebox for plenty of heat and not having to add wood constantly for them long cooking sessions.  Below are some pix of the cooker as well as some pix of it in action as well some eating when I had some hobbiest friends over..
