This is a page and some links to pages of general stuff about my home place.
I growed up on a farm but when I became a young teen, we moved to the big city life. I became a business man owning a Earthmoving Company in 1973. I was still very yound (19) and someone else was still wiping my nose for me. As I tackled the big city business world my hunger for a place in the country just kept increasing, Finally in 94, I ran across this 40 acres about an hour north of DFW (North Texas) I though about it for about a day and decided to make the leap and bought it. I figured it would take up to five years to build a home myself. But fortunately, I got started on the foundation and things fell into place for, I was able to continue construction and before I knew it, I had a house built. About 4 months to build. The rest speaks for itself, I since have built a large 40x60 shop and then a smaller 12x24, then I added two more additions to the smaller shop of 12x24 for each add on. This is my hobby shop.
